Jenny Marks – BSc (Hons), FCA, ATII
Jenny joined the firm as Tax Partner in 2008. She was previously a tax director with a ‘big 6’ firm in Birmingham having spent 16 years advising owner managed and family businesses in all aspects of tax compliance and planning. She has considerable experience advising on areas such as tax efficient profit extraction, succession and exit planning, business incorporations, reorganizations, business acquisitions and disposals, remuneration planning and tax investigations.
Jenny is well known in Wolverhampton and the Black Country being a past president of Wolverhampton Society of Chartered Accountants and current chair of Wolverhampton Tax Discussion Group and HM Revenue & Customs ‘Working Together Initiative’ for local accountants.
